your team can register:

Stop by the Pro Shop during normal business hours
2.
Fax/Call in your registration with credit card payment
method.

that team rosters MUST be turned in with your registration
and all team members must be current TVA members to be
eligible to play***

All
players on team rosters MUST be members! Anyone on your
roster who is a non-member will cause your team to forfeit
your matches. Add/Delete forms for roster changes can
be found at the member information boxes in the gym.
Memberships
can be completed over the phone by Visa/Mastercard,
in person at the Pro-Shop, or online at Active.com.
